Dear Pennies & Pens, 

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. T-Shirts must be returned unworn and unused with tags attached. Please note, customers cover the cost of return shipping.

Refunds (for returns) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges 

If you change your mind about the size or style T-Shirt you want, you can exchange it for another T-Shirt within 30 days of purchase. T-Shirts must be returned unworn and unused with tags attached. Please note, customers cover the cost of return shipping. However, we will ship the exchanged items back to you free of charge. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Then, we’ll ask which size or style you’d like to exchange. From there, we’ll process the exchange.

Exempt Items 

Please note, we do not accept returns or exchanges on books. This is due to the fact that each book is signed and addressed to the customer.
